Useful AI starts with a clear job
An AI feature earns its place when it helps someone finish a real task. That task should be understandable before a model, interface or integration is chosen.
Describe the result first
Instead of asking for an AI assistant that handles everything, describe an output: prepare a draft reply from an approved brief, classify an incoming request or summarise notes for a reviewer. State what information the system can use and what the result must contain.
Keep the person in the flow
Make the draft visible, explain what needs checking and let the reviewer edit it. A fluent response can still miss context or include an incorrect detail. Publication, payment and other consequential actions need a clear decision by the responsible person.
Make the routine easier
The best interface may be a short suggestion inside an existing process. It does not need a separate dashboard or a new set of habits. Test the complete path, including an empty input, an unclear request and a failed connection.
DREAM BIT approaches AI automation as a part of the wider workflow. The aim is a useful next step that people understand and can control.
