A website, an internal tracker and an AI feature can each work well alone. The more interesting question is what happens when someone moves between them.

Begin with the visitor’s goal

A visitor may want to understand a service, ask a question or describe a project. Make that path clear before adding another interaction. A visible contact route and a short, well-labelled form often matter more than a long list of features.

Connect the handover

Decide what should happen after an inquiry. The information should reach the right person in a form they can use, without losing context. A visitor should understand when a message is still a draft and when it has actually been sent.

Build around real work

Add integrations and AI only where they solve a clear problem. Agree on access, ownership and what happens when a connection fails. Test the path from the visitor’s action through to the person following up.

DREAM BIT brings design and technology together around these handovers, so the result supports the work after the page is closed.
