Who is responsible

Information you choose to share

The project form asks for your first name and message. Your last name, email address and phone number are optional. Include only information needed to explain your project. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive client material in an initial enquiry.

How the contact form works

The form prepares a message in WhatsApp. You can review and edit the draft there, and nothing is sent to DREAM BIT until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. The website does not create a customer account, take a payment or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Why information is used

Information you send through a contact channel is used to understand and respond to your enquiry and, where agreed, discuss a project. Any additional collection or use for a project should be covered by its own agreed scope and privacy arrangements.

Third-party channels

WhatsApp and Instagram are external services with their own privacy terms and data-handling practices. Opening or using one of those services is subject to its policies. DREAM BIT.Worldwide on Instagram serves the international audience; @thedreambit serves the Gulf audience.

Storage and retention

This website version has no enquiry database or newsletter backend. Draft form values remain in the page until you leave or reload it, unless your browser provides its own form recovery. Messages that you send through WhatsApp are handled through that service. A final retention schedule and details of any future hosting or processing providers must be documented before public launch.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about information you have shared and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You can also raise an objection or a privacy concern through the contact channel above. Requests will need enough context to identify the relevant conversation without asking you to send unnecessary sensitive information.

Optional analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled in this version. See the Cookie Policy for the browser preferences currently used. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. If the way information is handled changes, this notice needs to change with it.

Website hosting

Cloudflare Workers delivers this website and its files. Technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers, may be processed by the hosting provider for delivery and security. This website does not install third-party analytics, and the contact form prepares a WhatsApp draft on your device.
