Building trust in AI workflows
Adding AI to a process changes how people check information. A useful design makes that review easier instead of asking everyone to accept an output on confidence alone.
Keep evidence close to the output
Where a task depends on supplied information, give the reviewer access to that information. Distinguish a direct fact from a suggestion. If the input cannot support an answer, show the gap rather than filling it with a convincing guess.
Explain the limits
Use plain language about what the feature can do. Avoid promises that it will always be right or replace professional review. Define the situations where a person should take over and make that route easy to find.
Improve through real review
Gather examples of useful and unhelpful outputs, with permission and appropriate care for private information. Adjust the workflow and check that an improvement in one case does not create a new problem elsewhere.
A trustworthy workflow makes room for correction. That is a practical design goal for every AI feature DREAM BIT helps shape.
